"Bill was exactly what I expected"
I ordered a pedal and used their payment plan, so I was keeping a close eye on the charges.

Everything matched what I saw at checkout, right down to the amounts on my card. No surprise fees, no weird extra charge popping up later, nothing like that.
I also got the billing emails right away, which made it super easy to keep track of everything. It’s simple stuff, but i really appreciate when it’s handled correctly

"Easy to browse and compare gear"
I was only planning to look for a new pedal, but of course I ended up clicking around for almost an hour. That usually happens when a site has a good mix of gear, and American Musical definitely does. They had guitars, amps, recording stuff, and a bunch of brands I already recognized, so I kind of assumed I’d be able to compare a few solid options without much hassle. Turns out I was right. It’s a nice site when you don’t feel like bouncing between ten different stores just to check prices and features

"Warranty process was actually smooth"
My keyboard started acting up after a few months, mainly one of the keys not responding the same way every time, which was driving me a little nuts. I reached out to American Musical and they helped get the warranty repair started without making it complicated. There was a bit of waiting, and I kept checking the status more than I probably needed to, but it did get fixed in the end. Overall, solid support and I appreciated that they kept things moving.

"Helpful, but a little slow"
Customer service did get back to me and answered my question, but it took longer than I thought it would. Once they replied, they were helpful enough. Not sure how to explain it, but it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super impressive either. I just wish the response time had been a bit quicker

"Exchange was fine, but the return shipping was frustrating"
The exchange itself went through without any real issues, but the return shipping process was more annoying than it needed to be. I get that mistakes and returns happen, but I do think the company should take more accountability for making that part easier and clearer for customers. Overall, it worked out, but it definitely left me a bit frustrated

"Arrived Perfect"
My first thought when the order from americanmusical.com showed up was that it already looked promising. It arrived right on time, the box wasn’t beat up, and the guitar inside looked perfect. No scratches, dents, or anything off. It was packed really well and worked straight out of the box. Easy snap judgment here: I’m happy with it.

"Easy order, no hassle"
I ordered a guitar stand and a set of strings from americanmusical last week, and it all went smoothly. The shipping updates were clear enough, and the box showed up right when they said it would. No weird delays or having to track it down, which I always appreciate. Everything was packed well and nothing looked beat up. Simple experience, but something about it just felt easy, which is kind of all I want when ordering music gear online. I’d use them again.

I ordered a guitar pedal from American Musical Supply, and to their credit, the product info was actually spot on. The specs, power details, and what was supposed to be in the box all matched what showed up. Kind of funny that this feels worth mentioning, but some sites make you play detective before buying. This one didn’t, so no complaints from me.

"Everything Came Exactly as Ordered"
I ordered a couple of cables and a pedal from americanmusical, it was kind of a relief that everything showed up exactly right. No wrong items, nothing missing, and the models matched what I picked on the site. I’ve had mix-ups with other music stores before, so this was a nice little win. The box was in good shape, the receipt matched, and the whole order was just easy. It wasn’t a huge purchase, but they got it right, so I’m happy with it

"Cancelled my order without any hassle"
I had to cancel an order because I accidentally picked the wrong item, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing. It wasn’t. They treated me like a regular person who made a simple mistake, which is really all you can ask for.
I called customer service, they looked it up right away, and cancelled it before it shipped. The refund came through just like they said it would. No runaround or attitude, just decent service. I’d definitely shop there again...

"Approved, but the process dragged a bit"
I did end up getting approved for financing, but it wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. I had to wait around and verify the same stuff more than once, which got annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of average and more of a hassle than I expected.

Grabbed an open-box pedal and, to be fair, the site described it accurately. It had the little scuff they mentioned, but the thing works just fine, so no complaints there. Shipping was decent too. Knocked off a star because the packing was kind of half-assed and could’ve been better.

"Made Buying My Guitar Feel Way Less Stressful"
I’d been eyeing this new guitar for a while, and the price was the one thing making me hesitate. "I think it was just bad timing…"
I think it was just bad timing on my end, but I ended up needing a refund. The good thing is they processed it really quickly, so I can’t complain too much.
